Sonar

Overview

The diving bell carries a depth-sounding radar with a sonar station, and staying aboard as the sonar operator is a real role in co-op dives: you watch the water for your divers and share what you see. Two big caveats from players: the Scuttlergoliaths crabs and the whispering giant (community name Balor) do not show up on it — radar contact is reassurance, not safety.
